I've spent over 30 years in the hospitality industry as a chef and bartender, and moonlight as a freelance photographer. My wife and I began adopting donkeys ten years ago, and we've been running the beverage burro business for the last seven — training, facilitating adoptions, and helping these majestic animals live their sweetest life.
